Key Word: Long term

So the key word for the day is long term. The topic of our conversations and meetings with Hank and Kathy were about long term strategies for ministry. This involved vision for scheduling yearly teams and developing good relationships and partnerships in the Gospel. We are praying through long term workers and next steps to community outreach such as at Calle Ocho where the youth team ministered several days ago.

God has really revealed the need for a Sunday school at the church so we are praying through that. Tomorrow we do our staff interviews for the womens ministry. We get an hour and a half with each of the four church staff women. We get to individually hear their heart for ministering to women. Then we get to pray with them. Pray for us, we have a lot to do. Pray we can encourage the female staff in a way they will receive.

9 am starts staff interviews with: Jenny Doris Connie Adella

We hope to meet/pray through a Sunday school then head to a church in Coxen Hole (capital city) where Amber might teach again in the evening.
